No, that tired argument overlooks the unprecedently low interest rates for borrowing as well as the money that will be spent on goods and services that are NOT in short supply.
The $2T tax cuts didn't accomplish shit, other than adding to the debt.
The Stimulus under Obama did repair and build lot of shit and last time I looked he had created more jobs than Old Comb Over, while also handing off the Bull Market to him.
