"When, other nations stop vaccinations when a horrible side effect occurs, but the CDC refuses to issue a halt and in fact still promotes the use of the vaccine, that is a concern or when they say they will in a 'few weeks' get an emergency meeting to look into a side effect, while other nations immediately respond, that is a concern.
The US government has made this as political as they can and the media has pushed the mRNA vaccines and stifled the negative side to them time and time again and made it a vaccinated vs unvaccinated or a them vs us issue for months and months."
Just so you know, this is not just happening in the US. Yes, our government or state officials have - for a very short period of time - stopped the administration of the AstraZeneca vaccine, because of trombose issues, etc. But they very quickly turned this around and continue with it again. First it was not supposed to be to be given to the elderly, then they stopped giving it to young women, and finally it was perferredly given to men above the age of 65 years and older. There was absolutely no plan noticeable in there way to deal with these side effects that were made public. And honestly, ever since, I am wondering that no additional side effects were publicly communicated, and I am sure that there are many more of them, but they keep them as much a secret as possible, here in Germany (this sounds like a conspiracy theory, but I am very much convinced that they just don't want to give more people another reason not to get vaccinated!).
In regards to "them vs us", this starts to get really ugly here in Germany as well. I have not received a vaccination and I have no intention to get myself vaccinated any time soon, just to make that clear.
At first our highest government officials stated that they want to start an information campaign trying to CONVINCE as many people as possible to get themselves vaccinated. But the only "convincing" that they have done so far is threatening us with a potential future in which the unvaccinated (and that is still ~40% of the population) will in the future be sent into lockdown or at least be excluded from social events, such as cinemas, restaurants, concerts etc. where even "being tested negative" would not be sufficient. And even in those situations where "tested" would work, I have to pay for the test myself. So, OF COURSE, our German government spent billions of Euros of taxpayer's money, to buy vaccine, and will continue to do so to have enough doses available for the booster shots, but they now want to save the vaccinated taxpayers from having to continue to pay for my antigen quick tests. I am seriously disgusted about what is going in this regard as well here in Germany.
So this really seems to be a very common phenomenon everywhere in the so called "civilized world".
