Ou71764..it is hard to understand why HDC "may not have sent out other letters as they first did with Intel. I'm not talking about filing a lawsuit but getting prepared with plenty of documentations as we did with Intel. I had hope that HDC did so but doesn't look that way. What am I getting at? If Intel wasn't the only game in town HDC had a royal chance to announce something in that order when our share price was rocketing or at least when the share price stated falling back to Earth. So as I see things it probably is true that the Intel lawsuit was HDC's last stand to make it or break it prior being forced to file bankruptcy.
As I had said in the message thread on IHUB we can obtain all the money in the world and we can hope the share price skyrockets to the hype of winning the lawsuit but we are stuck with incompetent management meaning far too old, they don't have a clue and any experience they do have is from 1960 so they just are wrong for HDC so.....even with great management our patents are very short lived and many corporation will find a way around our technologies plus honestly would you ever license HDC's patents from what to know of our corporation. No doubt NEO finally found a better way to do what was needed with their products.
Look at "stocktwits" NLST corporation. Those traders or should I say kids think HDC is comparable which is a joke. If you check out that corporation you will know exactly what I mean and honestly without no doubt the only reason HDC flew to .43 was simply a bunch of uneducated kids were tripping over one another to buy shares.
When you and I sold a bit a week or so ago maybe I should have sold more but at least it gave me a better holding with "HLYK" If HDC gets pumped again I will sell more but for now it looks like we are going no higher in share price until a year from now and that sucks. I figure at the most if this gets pumped I may save 30-50k shares for the final court decision.
The entire thing to look for at least me! is to get the hell out of this mess hopefully by the hype of a settlement or court win. Maybe save 20k if that for dollar amount.
...but! there is absolutely ZERO future in anything that HDC could even dream of....drop an email if you want any further discussion or just to say hi and whats new....lets see what tomorrow brings.
