It is very thoughtful of you trying to piece together the status of IND based on some facts we know but, IMHO,we are day dreaming if we think that IND has been submitted and we don’t know about it 
. Based on the history and the kind of PRs we had , I can’t believe the IND submission did not come out as a PR.
