I don't think it's all that cloudy, Seemingly.
It's only cloudy if you want it to be cloudy. What happened was that Dr. Ted Tennisshoes, in pursuit of millions, tried to claim a patent for something he was working on for CYDY.
When I'm hired to work on something, the people who hire me own what I do. Period. Same with Dr. Tennisshoes.
