A super important window of opportunity for insider purchases...but would be seen as gaming the system/situation if they attempt at buying whilst in negotiations, that would definitely Improve SP and their financial positions. Timing and backroom tea leave reading is as you point out..to be revealed... the juxtaposition of events is exhiliarating.
