to touch on C's great post earlier............ many people are not seeing the higher dimensional visions that's being played out before our eyes. Now on paper cydy can not afford a top law firm in the world a top PR firm. So here is my (HYPOTHESIS I COULD BE WRONG) ...So if I was the CEO of GSK, MERCK, ETC. and I want to announce a global mutli-billion dollar partnership with cydy. Would I want to announce it with a ridiculous 13D black cloud , with continuous fake articles and terrible PR . NO I would have my PR department give cydy a list of outsourced PR firms that can handle a situation like this. I would have my in house legal council give cydy the best outsourced law firm's available to handle a situation like the 13D. To start making the active steps to get the ball rolling for announcement of partnership. Where I know they have the right team in place and nothing can effect the partnership or bring negative press back to my company as well. I would know they are bulletproof. These firms cydy hired they are not one's you just google search on the internet . They were advised these firms. These firms are heavy hitters and they are not cheap. The PR firm handled the "CVS Health around numerous issues and transactions, including its $69 billion merger with Aetna and integration" one of the specialties of this PR firm is mergers and acquisitions and they have done some big dog ones. Now our new hire Gordon A. Gardiner a investment banker who has experience with mergers and acquisitions. Right now in the shadows (my HYPOTHESIS) they are cleaning up the trash to take the steps to announce a significant partnership. That first letter from the law firm was a warning to 13D a nice please stop now and we wont sue you. The 13D was to arrogant to care for the warning signal. As the vote wasn't happening regardless. The 13D wrote another idiotic sec filing. So ok now you have one of the best law firms in the country that is going to dismantle you. This is a serious case and could lead to criminal. The Heads of the 13D are very likely going to be sued personally by the other members of 13d for "not disclosing information" and people are saying "oh great cydy is spending more money on lawsuits etc at our expensive" Do people not realize when cydy wins this case one of the penalties could be for 13D forfeiting their shares to go back to the company for damages or pay a significant fine. ( which they cant afford) the heads of the 13d just entered the door way to legal hell and we will watch them all starting turning on each other. So yes indirectly this lawsuit is going to help shareholders significantly in the long term.

-patent filed (partnership cant happen with out that) nadars comment " shareholders don't realize the significance of this patent but they will know soon"
-New hire that specializes in mergers/ partnerships etc. ( cant partner without someone who has significant experience in this field. Having the right deal in place is key )
-All of a sudden (top PR firm and law firm representing CYDY) which they can't afford. But wouldn't matter if they didn't know they had something in the significant in the works.
-long haulers topline report still not released. (We know the data is good they have already showed it multiple times and said on the CC the top line report data could be even better).
