United Kingdom’s National Health Service, may have their own tracking app it doesn't mean that Innova did not help them design it and incorporate some of its own app features into it.

Even though the technology exist where all cars can be come WIfi hot spots not all cars offer that feature.
The same hold true for the QMC HealthID, not all customers might want all the bells and whistles. the App has to offer.
