What we do know for the accusations in the filed lawsuit is that he tried to patent something he wasn’t entitled to. He was advising CYDY and had signed contract agreements that he could not patent or take any technology. But what did he do? He filed for a patent that Cytodyn had already filed for and then they found out that he filed this patent and they asked for his patent application to be revoked. This we do know from the lawsuit.
He probably came to Nader and told him you can’t sell very much of Leronlimab with me having this patent before he actually received the patent and wanted an over priced buy out of IncellDX that would enrich himself and wife over 120 million dollar. This is kind of like corporate black mail but we won’t accuse him…yet… it’s just a kind of corporate maneuver since it is speculation by me at this point but makes sense to more than just me… but many believe this to be true.
I was his biggest proponent or fan after his TEDx talk and thought the world of him. His Tedx talk locked me into this drug. Goes to show you some people’s true colors are not what they appear.
In my opinion…now he is at best a snake in the grass that tried to rob shareholders of massive amount of cash from dilution of our stock for something we as a company didn’t need and/or still don’t need.
For you to come on this board talking good about Dr. BP just make me and maybe others suspect about your motives excusing his issues as nothing and saying that any genius would do this and trying to put a positive spin on the whole situation like Dr. BP should be given a free pass at trying to screw the CYDY shareholders.
You are either not paying attention to the facts as they come to light or you are trying to spin the whole situation into something that is a lie. Dr. Bruce Patterson has let CYDY shareholders down completely and there is no way back into the hearts of the shareholders in my opinion. Dr. BP is going down in flames just like Rosenbaum and I believe every one else in his group is probably running away from the sinking ship that is the 13d group. The two of them will be left holding the bags and the costs and it will take them down and they don’t know how to cry mercy. But they might learn from this expensive lesson Cytodyn is going to teach them.
Of coarse this is partial opinion and some facts that are actually accusations in the lawsuit. Are they facts yet… can we believe them? Hell yes I believe them… it’s obvious to me he never wanted anything but self enrichment. Screw Dr. BP and the horse he rode in on… he is no friend of Cytodyn or the shareholders. To bad for Dr. BP as he had all of our hearts at one time. Doesn’t have mine now or will he ever again.
