If anyone is selling, it's Fife. We know from the SEC complaint against him, and from common sense, that after receiving his share conversions he sells them over time to lessen the downward impact on the share price.
After August, he's got another month of payments due for the first April note and another note will be eligible for monthly conversions beginning in October so his selling is probably going to keep some downward pressure on the price.
