And as for being in a bubble or kissing butts for reassurance, yesterday, someone posted that management has gone from having a plan "in total chaos" to having something far more concrete and viable now that it seems a third party is involved. I pointed out in a post how hilarious that was, in terms of the chaos part, because that chaos (their word, not mine) has been around for years, yet everyone supported it and deleted posts of anyone who suggested that such chaos was not helpful.
This post will be deleted too, even though there is NOTHING wrong with it.
