Potter Anderson is in the top five relevant firms in Delaware - the only place that matters on corporate fights. Up with Wilson Soncini, for those that know Silicon Valley law firms.
There are over 200 paragraphs of (asserted, I guess) facts. I presume the firm has a standardized document framework, a checklist of typical violations, and software that pulls social media posts. Still, it seems like a ton of research and composition. And the stakes are high.
I was a corporate treasurer - paid for tons of financing docs, but never major litigation. I had many-fold more pages, but, it seems to me, less content. (Of course, my docs would look complicated to someone not in the business.)
I'll of course defer to actual lawyers, but if this campaign were to go on, it's pretty clearly a $1m plus commitment. Maybe $3m? Thoughts from lawyers here?
That said, a knockout blow on the first punch might be much more cost effective.
