It makes sense, as potential buyers/partners would surely be interested in who they would be dealing with going forward & pending legalities as well.
This may be wishful thinking, but I believe our lender of 50 mil offered input, as it would be negligent for them not to address these things before lending that kind of money.
I say "wishful thinking" because this would suggest that said lender is preparing to go the distance. I picture a zoom with NP, Samsung & Lender, where lender says to Samsung- " Keep it coming, they are good for it."
Also "wishful thinking" as with each passing day, there is less need for a partner & we are getting closer to revenues which will allow us to go it alone.
This little company has fought it's way out of the dung heap & survived the most difficult times. A year ago, I would have settled for 10x investment, but not now, as the heavy lifting is about done. Imo there is no one who can afford us 4 months from now.
I keep thinking back to NP talking about buy backs & dividends.
No, he will not be going out his way to attract suitors,imho.
