I absolutely think it could.
I would like to know the biases of the person who wrote that letter. Not informed or friendly. Not even a lawyer in my opinion.
Maybe just pissed off at the ugly emails they were inevitably getting from trolls who want to get filth rich quick through Cytodyn's success. Their behavior caused the harmful letter that we are all paying for.
Still, not very professional on the FDA part.
