A true classic, Cody! I'll be singing that for at least a day now, reliving the many viewings from my childhood!
I am not suffering any consternation over your message, and I don't intend to reduce your personal optimism. : ) It is obviously up to each individual how they interpret the unknown.
I just want to point out that one doesn't have to be unrealistic or pessimistic, given our situation over the last couple of years, to have a certain amount of skepticism regarding the items "in the hopper" that we are less than informed about.
Unknowns, especially when we might just as easily be better informed on those topics, are the roadblocks to new investors that we need to tear down as quickly as possible.
