The SEC doesn’t have a very good batting average when a case actually goes to Court and the jury soundly the notion that Spartan was involved in some grand conspiracy that you yourself was regurgitating. Good thing the Supremes made them get rid of ALJ’s a few years back.
Let me rephrase my first rhetorical question. What do you call someone who not only settled charges with the SEC, but also claims to have the industry leading recovery process on the company website, but hasn’t even reached the “trinket” level you set?
Using historical data the Connaught was found on Day 1. New tooling was engineered and made for salvage. This is also called a modification.
First dive inspection on the SB North Carolina.....BOOM, 3 half eagles found on the very first day.
SB Pulaski side scan sonar in June took about 8 days and went 5 miles north and south of the boiler dive site (larger area than Melbourne), and they have located several LARGE sections including a100’ section of the ship believed to be the stern section with the keel pins sticking up through the sand.
I will hand it to SFRX. They landed a HUGE media deal and won the race to be on National TV. The program included a scene where previously located wood was found, even though a disclaimer was NOT given saying it was a re-enactment of a previously found piece of wood.
I’m pretty sure that’s not fraud.
