Exactly, but I think even between now and then, sm

There are stocks that I get in early like some institutions and other ones like Tesla and Amazon where I waited, waited, waited, but have done nicely in those also. Some are very speculative and the others proven.
What doesn't show up in analysts' reports is some simple DD but even the ones out there said $4 with very conservative estimates. Many don't know NewAge started showing VerbLIVE to their international distributors a month ago. They already had interactive videos.
As I mentioned Market America started talking about VerbLIVE in March. Rory has already mentioned there are a bunch of customers waiting to be onboarded to VerbLIVE including a number of BIG customers. It's pretty, pretty simple to figure out who.
What is a tiny harder is to attach future revenue to them like I've done so I could weigh the risk and reward for my investment, but once again, everyone should do it themselves and feel comfortable with it. We've seen what happens when people are over their heads and bet the nest egg.
A little deeper DD will tell you...
The company pays for the app within the distributors membership fees. VerbLIVE is an additional fee of $9.95/mo and comes with Attribution. The $9.95 is in Australian dollars which would be $7.31 USD. Is the price worldwide $7.31 US or $9.95 in local currency if not too far off from the US, it's something you can figure out if you want.
So Verb will make more money if the base, or just the app increases which I believe it will. Where the big revenue comes into play with this particular agreement is the add-in.
What some might not know is having NewAge as a customer is like having 1/2 dozen companies as they've done a lot of acquisitions which is why they have 600,000 distributors. There are not a lot of direct sales companies with that many. Some, but not a lot.
Let's say only 1% sign up for VerbLIVE, that is $530K USD of revenue if Verb is getting 100% of it. If NewAge is taking 10-20% that is even better as they will be double motivated to encourage 600,000 distributors to use the products.
Now imagine if it was 5% or even 10% from just this one company?
Below numbers are in $USD, if the app is $7.16 worldwide
1% $530,136
5% $2,650,680
10% $5,301,360
20% $10,602,720
40% $21,205,440
80% $42,410,880
100% $53,013,600
Reminder, this is just one company and only includes VerbLIVE revenue and not the revenue from the base app which would increase, nor VerbLearn.
But don't get too excited about 100% as very few things in life are 100%. Let's start with 1%, then 5%, etc.
Now add the secret sauce to this...called Attribution
I don't know about the rest of the world, but if I was in sales and could pay $86/yr for someone else to do the selling in a video, heck...
That is a no brainer
I would bet dollars to donuts each of these direct sales companies have measured how well distributors do with the app against the ones without it.
They be foolish not to and likely will do the same for those with VerbLive and those without it. 60% buying during a demo may tell you the results of the ones with.
Once again, everyone should do their own DD and/or speak with your financial advisor rather than getting advice from anyone on boards.
