Meaningless. Happens often on OTCs. Bid/Ask is 1.34 by 1.35, that's what's important. Looks like somebody is stacking the Ask to try to shake people out. I'd imagine - barring news - we finish green on the day in the 1.40 area due to shorts covering, but that's just my semi-educated guess. Might have a dip early before shorts start covering.
