Somebody had to 'physically' change that... can't tell you whether intentional by the company or the reasoning behind why that was done, whether intentional or not. I do believe the company/Dalton has the control with this part of it.
All I KNOW at this point with UNVC, is it has to get current by the SEC/FINRA deadline... the FACT that my broker TD Ameritrade took it off their no-no list today is a good sign.
