Ever since Micah fired Kyle after Kyle settled with the SEC and lost his brokers license, Kyle has been on a mission to try and convince every one Micah is exactly what Kyle himself is, which is a fraudster.
The court REJECTED Kyle’s claims in SJ, yet you regurgitated them today as if they were FACT.
SFRX does not have the “industry leading recovery process” they claim on their website. It’s an absolute failure by any measure.
To even claim Micah was found liable 19 times is not “parsing words” as you say. It’s absolutely FALSE and deliberate.
He was overcharged with 12 counts and found liable on one. That was in Friday’s PR that the disgraced SEC did not issue. The SEC had tucked tail and run at the time of that release. That one liable count will be contested and may be thrown out. It was an inconsistent verdict and the Judge has the power to reject it just like the Judge rejected Kyle’s claims about Micah you keep regurgitating.
You claimed years ago the real fraudsters we’re gonna turn on Micah and blah, blah, blah. None of that happened. You can’t even explain the case in a coherent way.
You’re simply attempting to carry water Kyle can’t and cover for the fact these clowns know nothing about finding and salvaging shipwrecks while attacking someone that does. In the process you’re making knowingly FALSE statements.
Why? Because Kyle is exactly who he says all his enemies are.
