Based on my experience in similar situations, the company like IncellDx knowing they will lose (as evidence points to Bruce withholding/stealing info for personal profit - requesting a Buyout for 350m, activity group, patents and many more), will immediately file for Bankruptcy.
The Bankruptcy is an attempt regain parts of their corp, and most likely with the amount of loss for CytoDyn will be significant. CytoDyn will probably get many patents, and assets (tangible/intangible), and Bruce will cut a deal with them, and remain on probation, and probably prohibited to be a director of any corp for a period. (That could be one very likely outcome).
But who am I. I have only seen a few of these cases in my lifetime. We have legit lawyers here, that can comment.
