10k (7/31) , target filing date? Required before IPO?? How many more K's before looongs get a break or .... another "brake" ??
Still no insider buying, even during quiet times positive news would leak and volume increase. For now NO vaccine, no revenue, no updates ......
Merck/AE37 no priority and on hold ..... is it included in the mystery valuation???? Excuses for limited funding and delays is not an excuse, it's a failure of leadership to attract support to get the job done !!! Only one person responsible......Joe!
