Tax question. Although I have played alot of reverse mergers, I have never held any OTC stock for over a year. If I have held a stock (symbol ABC) for a year but it does a reverse merger (new stock symbol XYZ) and I sell XYZ a month after the reverse merger......will I pay short term or long term capital tax rate?
