I hear ya. And perhaps one if the attorneys in the group can chime in. But from what I understand, when a 13D is filed the company almost always files a lawsuit in defense. But I could be off base.

There's a part of me that enjoys seeing NP fight back, but this is also a distraction. But one that has to be dealt with.
