Doc's response "we will be current" didn't stipulate time frame.
I think with the unforseen delays ( brain dead typos and mistakes in attorney's letters) he might be a little gun shy to say exactly when.
That's OK with me right now.
He knows the clock is ticking as good or better than all of us.
I still think we will hear a PR next week.
That's only in a few more days.
On behave of the attorney. I have spoken with him twice. I am under the impression that he is currently writing letters for a host of companies scrambling to get current. Still no excuse for the mistakes. Just my opinion.
