Trading Summary - August 4.
Great news and trading opportunities today on $SFLM.
It was unfortunate that the company did not get the PR out early enough to be alerted on all the top trader forums before the open.
Again, the PR was not alerted via broker platforms and the company only Tweeted the title of the news - and not the link. There was also a problem with otcmarkets.com News section not loading 30 minutes prior to the open.
On the downside, this had the effect that traders didn't cancel any left over asks to get a greater gap up and most OTC market top traders in the various "by invitation only" rooms had already committed to what they were going to buy out of the gate.
On the upside, the scammer(s) on iHub who try to put a walked down loading wall up didn't have time to put more walls in.
Nevertheless, by the time I had alerted the news everywhere that matters by 9:33:27, other long-term watchers had already taken out the walls from yesterday in the .0046 > .0050 range, the .0050+ break had been achieved by 9:31 and .0056 was going.
By 9:40 the .0060+ break was achieved and shortly after the hod .0064.
All the time, rolling attempts to hold it back were being taken out with ease - and when the .0064 was started there was even some .0063 left.
Thereafter, the usual trading pattern of large bids, some profit taking by bid whacking and undercut asks took the price back to .0055 and thereafter it was shorted to .0049 below extant bids at .0050 / .0051 / .0052 which were bypassed.
In addition to the nonsense on iHub from the usual suspect, there were then lame attempts by a few scammers - both on iHub and Twitter - to try to dupe people to sell. All their disinformation had already been debunked in the past - but I will repeat it here for new followers:
- "Dilution":
-- There is no significant dilution on $SFLM that is a concern to the top traders of it.
-- As stated in detail in the DD dated August 1, only 252.5M shares were added to the Unrestricted O/S in the 10 months September 2020 > July 2021 - way more than that - 914M - was traded in just 12 of those 220 trading days.
-- The recent update as at August 2 added only 68.75M - 112.75M were traded today alone and in the 20 trading day period covering the increase 578M were traded - including 286.5M on July 15 and 49M on July 16.
- "The SEC will suspend it":
-- There are no grounds for suspending $SFLM.
-- It is a legitimate $11M > $12M per year revenue company in business continuously for 18 years.
-- It is OTC Pink Current, has started on the road to be Fully Reporting to get uplisted to OTCQB - and NASDAQ later.
- "There are 5 pages of convertible debt notes"
-- Like almost every other ticker in the OTC.
-- Many of those have already been traded.
-- We already know that the shares diluted September > August are not significant in the grand scheme and have not prevented multiple runs to .as high as .02 yielding profits of $6-figures already in 2021 f or those who trade it full-time.
- "Promotion symbol at otcmarkets.com":
-- As expected since $SFLM has retained an Investor Relations company - MZ Group - to promote the company to its extensive database list of investor clients - and a PR Company - Heather Krug PR & Marketing - to build the brand.
Overall, 112.75M shares were traded today - including an after market listing of 14M - in the range .0046 > .0064.
Previous close was .0042 - .0042 > .0064 was 52%.
Again, the value of already having a significant inventory of shares bought at a variety of cost basis - so as always having some to trade without stretching or worrying about not having enough long-term for a .01 > .02+ break and higher on uplisting to OTCQB was clearly demonstrated.
There was no excuse for not reloading any sold during the manipulation games late-session.
