I'm confused. Are we to believe that the 13D group has sufficient votes to win the proxy fight and oust the current board?
It is my understanding, both from personal experience with the 13D group and their actions elsewhere, that there was a bit of a struggle to muster the 5% to register (the actions advance of the 13D registration seem to have been counter to SEC rules, but I digress).
The 13D group is now the 51%ers?
Many of us are unhappy.
Laying the entirety of that at the feet is inappropriate.
I am upset with NP for trusting Amarex to oversee CD12.
I am upset for Amarex for being unworthy of that trust.
I am upset with the FDA for betraying the trust of the American people.
I am upset with the 13D group for asking us to trust them, hand over money for a proxy fight, and then failing to even file properly.
I may vote in opposition to NP and the current board.
However it is August, I'm undecided and their may not even be an opposing slate of candidates.
Let's focus on the here and now.
Anyone have insight into the LH clinical report?
