""FUNDAMENTALS"" Is The Name Of The GAME HERE!!
Our Philosophy:
We believe stablecoins are important tools for traders because many of the exchanges don't support the conversion of fiat dollars for cryptocurrencies; instead allowing trading of two cryptocurrencies only.
Verifiable liquidity of Spera digital dollars will be of benefit to users of escrow services and traders alike.
Stablecoin to support Verifundr Escrow Platform While the emergence of cryptocurrency is on the rise within the United States there still exists the critical problem of facilitating basic everyday transactions.
Spera is envisioned to become a widely used US dollar backed digital coin to bring trust and instant payments between members entering into an escrowed transaction.
SHOWCASING SPERA AND VERIFUNDR>>>>>>
Spera is designed to bridge the gap between fiat currency and cryptocurrency by anchoring itself to the US dollar to create real intrinsic and exchangeable value.
Audits and open-proof of dollar reserves underlie the Spera assurance of the one dollar to one Spera exchange guarantee needed to support the marketplace....

What Are Stablecoin?
Stablecoins are a type of cryptocurrency programmed to track the value of another asset like government monies or gold.
Many investors are drawn to stablecoins because they offer the efficiency and transparency of cryptocurrencies, while providing relief from the sometimes extreme volatility of these assets.
However, traders and investors should note that not all stablecoins are created equal.
As of 2020, there are two main classes of stablecoins, fiat-collateralized stablecoins and crypto-collateralized stablecoins, both of which are available on exchanges How Do Stablecoins Work?
All stablecoins seek to mimic the price of another asset, but they don’t all accomplish this in the same way. This means that some stablecoins may be riskier than others and more prone to the price fluctuations they claim to provide safety from.
Fiat-collateralized stablecoins are cryptocurrencies backed 1-to-1 by an underlying government currency (like USD or EUR) stored in a traditional financial institution. <<THIS IS THE BEST SOLUTION>>
This type of stablecoin was first introduced in 2014 when startup Tether Limited released USDT, a dollar-backed cryptocurrency designed to trade 24/7 on the global crypto market. As of 2020, Tether remains the most widely used stablecoin around the world.
Like USDT, fiat-collateralized stablecoins are generally managed by a central operator, who tracks their circulation and allows users to mint and redeem tokens in their custody.
In some cases, these reserves are even regularly audited to ensure that the amount of tokens traded is equal to the reserves held by the firm.
Examples of fiat-collateralized stablecoins include USDT and USDC (pegged to the USD).
This is the Option For Spera!!!
Crypto-collateralized stablecoins are collateralized by one or more cryptocurrencies.
These assets generally lack a central administrator, and instead rely on an open software to enable borrowers to lock crypto assets (thus collateralizing them) and generate new stablecoins in the form of loans.
To account for the volatility of the underlying cryptocurrency, these stablecoins are often over collateralized, meaning that the deposit amount required is typically a higher percentage than the value of the stablecoin.
If borrowers wish to redeem their locked cryptocurrencies, they have to return the stablecoins to the protocol and pay a fee.
Due to their design, the stablecoin supply cannot be altered by anyone in the network. Instead, contracts are programmed to respond to changes in the market price of the locked assets.
Examples of crypto-collateralized stablecoins include DAI, Havven, and BitUSD.
Algorithmic stablecoins are digital assets that rely on smart contracts to regulate their stability.
Rather than using deposits of cryptocurrencies or issuing and redeeming debt, the software behind algorithmic stablecoins programmatically adjusts the supply of the cryptocurrency as the demand for it fluctuates.
If demand is high, the price of each stablecoin will exceed the intended peg, and the software will increase the supply. Alternatively, if demand is low, the supply will decrease.
Local and Global Trade:
Verifundr escrow service provides sale certainty and cost savings. It allows users to deposit money, to be held in escrow for purchases such as concert tickets or furniture.
Spera can have an active escrow role in international trade through Verifundr and will help relieve the barriers manufacturers and buyers face when using escrow and payment services abroad in order to eliminate their risk of scams and deception.
Knowing the other party is vetted and funds are clean can help prevent fraudulent activities.
What Is Verifundr?
Verifundr is a payments and escrow provider focusing on security, transaction time, and costs while facilitating a broad range of transaction types. The business is able to achieve this by implementing a stringent “know your customer” process and facilitating transactions with our stablecoin, Spera, backed by US dollars. The current choice of escrow services for consumers is limited due to expensive fees or by offerings serving niche markets only.
The global escrow service market is greatly under-developed with many participants turning to crude solutions to meet their needs; companies like PayPal and credit cards payments are often used a quasi-escrow service because of users being allowed to request cancellations of orders.
There is ample room for Verifundr to move in and revolutionize the escrow market with efficiency and more flat rate services. The platform will be based on appropriate smart contract use backed by both a stablecoin and USD$ wallets to facilitate selling transactions of any size, type, or scale. Initial focus will be showing consumers how to buy event tickets safely.....
Case for Adding a Stablecoin to this Financial Ecosystem Decentralized Cryptocurrencies are Unpredictable − Production, supply and use cases for digital currencies remain highly fragmented − Volatility makes it difficult to conduct hard-asset transactions safely − Other stable coins address the volatility challenge but struggle with trust, credibility and usability issues......
How It Works:
1. Apply for membership and complete a vetting process....
2. From a dashboard, members can access a US dollar wallet....
3. Funds can be transferred from the member’s bank to the dollar wallet..
4. From the dashboard, a Spera wallet can be added....
5. Members can purchase Spera by transferring funds from the funded dollar wallet or wiring US dollars directly to the Tyrtrade exchange....
6. Spera can be used for payment in escrow and then be converted to arrive in US dollars into the beneficiary’s account by going through the stablecoin interchange or vice versa....
7. Escrow can be funded in either US dollars or Spera digital dollars, the choice remains with the members.....
8. Transferring funds in Spera and converting to US dollars upon arrival is more efficient than most currently available bank wiring options...
9. Payments don't have to be converted into different fiat currencies; a person in India could receive USD-backed Spera and not be obligated to convert them to rupees immediately, saving massive percentages on exchange fees.....
Simple Preventive Precautions:
We help build 'credibility upon identity' by running verified KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti Money Laundering) data services globally.
This process of vetting members allows us to support compliant and cost effective escrow transactions either in US dollars or Spera digital dollars.

What parts of a computer have gold in them?
It is a known fact that many computers and electronic devices contain some amount of precious metals, like gold. Located on the printed circuit boards, processors, and other components, some electronics can have relatively high levels of the stuff.
With regards to gold alone, the main PC parts containing gold include, but are not limited to:
Motherboards and printed circuit boards - The motherboard in particular is often the best potential source of gold in computers. The edges of most components on the board will have gold contacts and connectors where the wires slide in.
You will often find thin layers of gold on the motherboard's surface. Central Processing Units (CPUs) - These are the large square microchip-looking things you'll find on motherboards. They tend to have hundreds of gold-plated pins around their edge and undersurface.
If you have a large cache of them, it could be worth a pretty penny. Random Access Memory Chips (RAM) - A part of the circuit board, these little gold mines are installed to increase the operational memory of your computer.
They often contain a small but a significant amount of gold-plated pins, and a thin layer of gold on their surfaces. Internal modems, PCI boards, ethernet ports, GPU, and other peripherals like drives - Most computers contain at least one or more of these extra boards.
They also often contain large relatively amounts of gold. Like other components, you'll find the gold on connection pins and surface layers.
But gold isn't the only precious metal you'll likely find in your electronics. Some other common precious metals commonly used in electronic devices include:
Silver – Circuit Boards, Computer Chips, keyboard membranes, and some capacitors
Platinum – Hard Drives, Circuit board components
Palladium – Hard Drives, Circuit board components (capacitors)
Copper – CPU heat sinks, wiring, and cables, Printed Circuit Boards, Computer Chips-
Nickel – Circuit board components
Tantalum – Circuit board components (some capacitors)
Cobalt – Hard Drives
Aluminum – Printed Circuit Boards, Computer Chips, Hard Drives, CPU heat sinks
Tin – Printed Circuit Boards, Computer Chips
Zinc – Printed Circuit Boards
Neodymium – Hard Drives (magnets)
How much gold is in a computer?
With all those components having at least some gold and other precious metals in them, could you get rich dismantling and extracting them?
Probably not, at least not from one or two old PCs.
Some reports tell us that an entire old-school PC contained an eye-watering $9 worth of gold. But that's not counting the cost of removing it.
Some other sources estimate that your average computer contains about 1/5th of a gram, or about $12 worth, of gold in them. Laptops, on the other hand, typically contain about 1/10th of a gram of gold, or around $6 worth.
However, the actual value will depend entirely on the type of e-waste you are looking at, of course. For example, industrial video equipment often has a proportionally higher amount of gold, sometimes in excess of 56 grams per machine.
After all the labor needed to physically break apart the computer and extract the gold, this hardly seems worth the effort. In fact, you'll probably find yourself out of pocket with such an enterprise on a small number of machines.
In some circumstances, computer components might be worth more intact, for reuse and resale.
However, if you can recycle this kind of waste by the the ton, the financial outlook begins to make more sense. This is especially true if you are buying e-waste in bulk at next to nothing. Oftentimes, most companies who specialize in this industry focus on circuit boards, CPUs, and motherboards as these tend to have the highest grade gold. In fact, compared to traditional gold mining, one ton of e-waste can contain 40 to 800 times more gold than actual gold ore!
And there is a lot of it. According to sources like The World Counts, somewhere in the order of 50 million tons of e-waste are discarded every year. The USA alone creates about 11 million tons of e-waste every single year.
Of that, a negligible 12.5%, or so, is actually recycled or reprocessed.
In a lot of cases, e-waste is simply shipped to Asia and Africa to be recycled. Once there, it is usually sorted and sold for scrap, or simply burnt in an attempt to either dispose of it or attempt to extract valuable materials.
This is not only a very wasteful practice, but it is potentially very damaging physically to the people (it's often children) doing it, and the environment!
This Is What We Pay $$$$$$$$
Motherboard:
The motherboard is the large circuit board that connects the innards of the PC together. All the components communicate with each other through the motherboard. The Motherboard is rich in value and has several of the most valuable parts of the PC attached to it.
The board itself has many gold plated connectors and pins. Older and high end motherboards (such as those found in rack servers, telecommunications equipment, or military test equipment), often have gold in the traces and components. Motherboards are one of the most value-dense portions of the PC.
Attached to the motherboard are the processor and RAM. These contain precious metals as well. Warning: Motherboards typically have a battery on them - it should not be thrown out. Batteries contain toxic materials and need to be recycled. Batteries should be removed prior to shipping; they can be sent to us for recycling.
We buy Motherboards for about $3.20 a pound.
Processor:
The processor is the brain of the PC. It contains millions to billions of microscopic transistors and a few hundred gold plated pins. Processors are one of the most value dense portions of the PC. Older processors are generally larger and have more generous gold plating than more modern ones. 386/486 and Pentium chips are particularly valuable. More 486 processor details.
The processor is recognizable as a large rectangular or square chip that plugs directly into the motherboard. It is usually the largest single chip in the PC. The processor often has heat sink attached to it which may also have a small fan. Heat sinks are typically aluminum, which has little scrap value.
We Buy Processors from $8 to $95 per pound.
RAM:
RAM, or Random Access Memory, is the short-term memory of a computer. RAM chips are found as a bank of long, rectangular 'mini circuit boards' that are populated with numerous memory modules. A computer may have 1 to 8 RAM modules. Older RAM modules are generally smaller, but have bulkier chips. Newer modules are recognizably sleeker. In contrast to processors, we are sometimes able to pay more for newer RAM chips.
RAM modules are small, light, but valuable. It is very economical to ship and process RAM.
We usually buy RAM for $8 a pound
PCI Boards:
PCI Boards found inside this Computer. From left to right: VGA Graphics card, Dial-up Modem, Peripheral expansion board (e.g. for a printer)
To extend the base functionality of a PC, additional circuit boards are typically added via the Peripheral Computer Interface. These boards typically add network connectivity such as through a modem or ethernet connection, additional drive ports through a SCSI or IDE connection, dedicated video hardware through a video card, and many others.
These boards are valuable due to precious metals found in their components as well as the connector pins and traces. They are generally fairly compact and light.
PCI cards are usually worth $3.20 a pound. (this value is less if the steel brackets are included)
