Las Vegas, NV, August 4, 2021, GNCC Capital, Inc. (GNCP.PK) (“The Company” or “GNCP”) confirms that is primarily focused on the fund raising in order close upon the proposed Lithium transactions as previously announced.
We are not as yet in a position to lay the details in respect of this not unsubstantial proposed fund raising given that we are in negotiations. We do to want wish to prejudice our negotiating position by publicly announcing any details; this is clearly contrary to our shareholder interests.
As previously stated, all other outstanding issues and transactions remain unchanged and nothing has occurred of whatsoever nature to derail any of these plans.
Finally, we, as shareholders know, we welcome E Mail and open dialogue but shareholders are pleased asked to remember that we, as your Directors are not permitted to divulge potentially price sensitive nor any non- public information.
The Q3 Report to June 30, 2021 complete with all of the up to date and post Quarter end transactions will be filed timeously as promised.
