Different subject matter...Pesky's (Pestells) shares in my estimation were secured by false recommendations of a proposed product launch/trial that Never launched after eight-nine months of floundering.
How do we Not have a position to Clawback those shares?...when his own lawyer said it was a less than accurate claim. The entire subject matter seems to have been glossed over...I want to open up the conversation and welcome comments. Am I wrong here?
