OK, as a little bit of "house keeping" here!
We are a "micro cap company", sometimes called "pink sheets' company.
Our trades and all pertinent information can be found on WWW.OTCMARKETS.COM . So, SEC allowed OTC Markets to manage all the needed information about the companies there , on
www.otcmarkets.com , we as a trading company, update our information through OTC Markets OTCIQ portal. OTC Markets analysts then check, and post all of our information as well as "grading" the amount and quality of posted information via their, STO, Yield or "current' signs. Also, OTC markets requires the companies and Transfer Agents as well as the company's SEC attorneys to update information. SEC and FINRA reviews all the OTC Markets information, so that its the most accurate for YOU the shareholders!
So, when some of you read other FB, Twitter and other Social Media posts , claims and/or announcements regarding our company, at least check and make sure that the information matches with what's on OTC Markets. Please remember, none of the "other sources" fall under FINRA and SEC regulations like OTC Markets and the company do!
So, this morning, people are emailing me that FINRA rejected our dividend and that we "changed" our Transfer Agent. None of this is true. We continue to work with FINRA and the "record date" and the "payout date" are still there and the same as we announced. Also, Pacific Stock Transfer continues to be our TA, as they have been for the past 15 years!"
