I received a similar note from my share purchases

I received a similar note from my share purchases on GNBT some time back. If I want to buy at the end of the day and pay a price to assure I get filled, that is my business. Never heard anything else about it and I continue to buy that way regularly.

I also got a note from the broker once because I bought and sold to myself via separate accounts. That was accidental on my part but they did catch it right away.
