DOJ and SEC investigate countless companies, many

This is my legal practice - representing companies investigated by these government entities. When these entities discover that what company leaders have been stating publicly is actually true, I expect they will not pursue things further. Unless they find some type of trading activity that was based on material nonpublic information. You can never be sure a charge won't occur, but a person should not read into the fact that a company simply received subpoenas, since it is a common occurrence.
Knowing the science as well as I do based on multiple years as a shareholder of CYDY, and with the help of the good doctors at the company and on this board, I am still long and strong. Everyone has their own risk tolerance though and should of course act accordingly.
All in my opinion of course. GLTU all.
