My guess is that they needed one more attorney's letter for those amended periods. That might get us current, not sure about that.

Still need Q2 before the end of next week with an attorney's letter if not audited.
It was brought to our attention that only the annuals need to be audited by someone here.

Anyone with more knowledge of this please chime in.
