What the heck happened on this board ... listen folks, life's too short for this... mid-August will be here in the blink of an eye and before you know it so just live your life well every day and don't worry about UNVC or your shares; never posted this on any OTC in my nine+ years to say to anyone "don't worry about your shares and just hold em" LOLOL
Most of us are excited when there's info, DD found or the day ends green... then there are several who are frustrated, disappointed and almost angry when there is no news, DD or word from our CEO or a down day... just believe in what you own, in the company/CEO and let the chips fall wherever they may.
I am sure Dr. Dalton is doing this for his own reasons and timing... ANY OTC can have a PR or an SEC 8-K filing even WITH a STOP SIGN... just check out those FACTS at the OTC Markets site (at the right just click on "PINK" for "News Releases" and under "SEC Filings" and keep adding to it so you can see plenty of tickers with a stop and yet putting out PRs, 8-Ks, etc.):

We have already, very recently, heard from our CEO that it is up to him/his company to do what he needs:

And so now, taking Dr. Dalton at his word, when a PR comes out next week, I suspect it will be late in the week and preferably before TD Ameritrade (8/13) or any other broker puts the kibosh on buying UNVC :
