Starts a 30 day Trading window to September 29th and the end of the Bankrupt (DC Corp) and its transition budget...
Appears budget reconciliation has found little or no money to pay bills passed that date...
I believe that is spelled ...DONE, DEAD, DEFUNCT
REPO time...approaches...I get 200 Trillion plus owed...The US Treasury
