I couldn't give two shits what the 13D group does now. Like I said earlier, even if they find a legal path forward that allows them to crash the vote in October, the entire investment world is now wise to their insidious plan to offload IncellDX on our dime. Patterson's scheming has also been exposed.
Had the 13D been legit -- i.e. a good plan and decent, hardworking people intent on making LL a success and taking shareholders with them -- many, many people would have listened. Instead, they proved themselves to be self-serving money-grubbers with nothing but disdain for existing shareholders.
Even if they somehow pulled favors with the SCOTUS and forced themselves into the vote, the results would not be in their favor. The jig is up, as they say. Like way, way up.
BTW, read the posts by Jake2212. He seems to know what he's talking about and his explanation of the process makes Rosenbaum's goose seem so cooked it's a pile of ash.
