I think hiring a top law firm to rip the proxy submission to shreds is that easy.

I'm sure they will continue to fight, but round one goes to NP and crew. Not sure they can recover, but we will see.

For what it's worth,as I understood it they had to get each investor to chip in. I would assume this process just got more expensive. And asking the investors in their group to pony up more money is probably not going to go over well.
