If they had, only, campaigned for change, and brought something negotiable, like, a couple of board members and something they could add to improve the company and progress the drug to approval(s). Instead, they decided to declare all out war. They came to destroy the value of the company and the drug. That is the only thing their approach was designed to accomplish. Out of the ashes, they sought to take the spoils. I think the current management had the better plan, for value. I think the current management have handled this onslaught with class. My opinion only.
