It would appear that today’s legal battle isn’t over completely. I would just like to state that our hired guns in our Nationally recognized law firm must of scared the pants off of Rosenbaum and 13d group.
The response sadly with their little tiny paragraph that amounts to… we are still relevant and don’t pick on us for our many mistakes. We think we still have a chance but know your probably right. Your lawyers plainly know more than us and we should of retained someone of caliber like you did.
When the true feelings must of been. Your not fighting fair and we didn’t expect you to fight at all and hoped you would just roll over and give up after we have kept your stock price in check and made you look bad when all along you have been doing so well.
The thoughts now must be for the 13d group… We are screwed now and will have to regroup and seek better legal advice when we thought Rosenbaum had control but that damn guy is no leader and we knew it deep down with the lack of leadership missing the whole time. Probably looks like we are waiting to next year if at all and we missed our window.
How will we save face now? Keeping the stock price depressed will not serve us any more. We don’t have a leg to stand on but we will throw slander around still if we can. Maybe investors will write us in as write-in ballots and we have all our candidates elected anyway. Naw… that’s to far and a reach now…
Just do what’s right now for the shareholders.. Just let go of our investment. Our current management whipped your butt and you didn’t see it coming either. You should just throw up the white flag and quit costing us any more legal fees. Do what is right for the shareholders and stop! You have been out matched. Sell your stock slowly to not upset our stock price and slide back into the shadows where you came from. We won’t miss you and you have achieved nothing but a self stroked ego that will be not stroked by anyone other than yourselves. Leave and be gone from our view. We never wanted you after all we found out about you. You were shady from the start and offered us nothing but bashing and divisiveness and discord. You were not good for the company and the company will be fine without you.
