Interesting choice of words when you used the "novel concept" in this post.
Being the CEO of any company, regardless of size, no-one can stand up to your proposed standard. In fact only the internet is populated with people of such skill. We hear from them daily.
As a near life time CEO just retired at 74, I know well it is the batting average that counts as CEO. If you ever experience such a work challenge you will find the questions/problems come very rapidly. In reality it is about changing course, hopefully only slightly, but constantly toward THE objective.
