13-d group would be crazy to file a lawsuit. If they do so, that means that CYDY's very EXCELLENT lawyer will be able to find out, in discovery, what the source is of the "undisclosed funding" that the 13-D group has. There might be all kinds of other stuff revealed in discovery that would be embarrassing to members of the 13-D group.
Also, 2 of their Board candidates were INELIGIBLE because they were not shareholders of record when they sent the notice to CYDY. Boom.
What an odd coincidence that CYDY sent that letter on July 30 and also, no possible relationship here, Adam Feuerstein announced on July 30 that he would be gone through the month of August.
He must be going on a long vacation. I hear that Brazil is lovely this time of year, and that there is no extradition treaty.
