I don't understand the mindset of a CEO who knows his shareholders are demanding to understand what is going on, but has decided instead to keep everyone in the dark instead of keeping people updated.
If there is an issue with the IND, fine. If there is an issue with the IPO, fine. But it is worse not letting people know. I'd rather know there are some delays because of things, then not knowing anything and thinking the worst. Joe is his worst enemy here and in fact might be damaging the prospects of the company by not providing information on what the heck is going on.
If everything is fine, then tell people everything is fine and detail the progress that is going on and put at ease the stress levels of the shareholders, but what is happening, just isn't acceptable.
