Doubleview has 12.5 million issued and outstanding shares which is tightly held. The management owns about 44% of the shares. The rest are kept in hands of few well respected brokers which is why we have low trade volume in the market, and I expect to see more trade volume once we have completed this round of financing. Considering the 12.5 million issued and outstanding at the moment and the Hat project exploration stage, the offering is very attractive.
The purpose of the required funds is to Drill the Hat project as soon as possible. I have spoken to Major Drilling to see if they can free up a machine for us to do the drilling at the end of January or beginning of February. In a brief, the Hat project has received very nice comments from well known geologists, and it is comparable with that of Poplar deposit, which was recently sold for $15 million by Lionsgate Metals. Included in the webpage is a presentation comparing Hat project with the Poplar deposit.
