I think even if they succeed, the blinds have been opened to show the intent and true motivation of the group. It has zero chance of succeeding now. This proxy fight is pretty much over.
Now to get a couple of items finalized and forward movement started. Recknor is following a good model to determine in scientific lingo what this molecule will do, how it does what it does, present it in a logical format, and have scientific data to back it up. It is the language that the FDA and medicla community are searching for to be able to advance this product.
