With the share price manipulated so low and the fear factor attempting to become elevated with all the recent BS floating around I think Buffett's admonition "to be greedy when others are fearful and fearful when others are greedy" applies to the here and now.
I bought an additional 45K shares Friday and will look at freeing up some capital Monday to pick up some more.
