For the love of God, how can you people not understand that some of us are NOT NP devotees and we recognize all of his flaws. Once again though, that doesn't mean we agree with replacing him with someone equally flawed or, in the case of the 13D, worse.

There is way too much smoke regarding the 13D's plan to rob YOU of every penny. Enough people heard Rosenbaum say on a call that they will acquire IncellDX as soon as possible. Does NP plan to acquire a company for $350m-500m? No, he doesn't.

So even if we accept the premise of all the existing problems perceived/falsified/exxagerated/or true, our argument is that the 13D will be the worse possible outcome for shareholders.

The whataboutism engaged in by you, Sword, Closet, etc. is exhausting. It's 24/7 "NP is a criminal and useless CEO." Again, let's play along and accept that... the 13D is going to wipe you out. There's enough evidence of that, despite yours and others' claims to the contrary.
