That previous building fell through because of a failed inspection due to mold and not worth the money to get it taken care of. I agree about the PRs coming before the 4th quarter financials. People put gas in their car, but don't think about what it took to get that car designed, assembled and brought to their possession. That's what Bill and Chad have been doing. Look at the team they've put together and continue to do so.
