Thoughts on proxy, annual meeting, etc.
The annual meeting is set for October 28.
Here is info that was in the 10k (page 136): CYDY needs to file their proxy information within 120 days of May 31. So, that is basically September 30. Still two months out.
I really wish they would publish all of this sooner than September 30, but I don't think it is likely.
The proxy filing will contain this information:
1. the CYDY slate of investors
2. Other matters to be voted on, such as an increase in authorized shares (IMO)
3. The information required by Item 10 will be contained in, and is incorporated herein by reference to, our definitive proxy statement for our 2021 Annual Meeting of Stockholders under the captions “Proposal 1: Election of Directors,” “Information about our Executive Officers,” “Delinquent Section 16(a) Reports” and “Corporate Governance,”
4. Executive Comp disclosures
5. Security ownership of management, directors and major shareholders
6. Any required related party disclosures
If CYDY doesn't need to "show all of its proxy cards" until Sept 30, then it is likely that any other "competing groups" might be looking at the same timeline. If that is the case, we all would just have 28 days to evaluate and decide. This paragraph is "IMO"
