I reached out to Nader about this Sec snd DOJ Bullshit and asked him to help us clarify things since most of us are fed up with these lies and attempts to drag us down.

Here is his reply ..
When a press release goes out from CytoDyn about, for example, COVID-19 data, the following steps are taken:

The data is generated by our CRO, Amarex, in this case.
Then it goes through final regulatory signatures.
Then our attornies must approve (SEC, etc.)
Then our scientists must approve
Then our CFO must approve
Then I have to finalize the final approval


Do you think it is enough internal control?

We always tell the truth and nothing but the truth.

Got to love him for always being there for his shareholders.
These are just another attempt to scare away new investors and make the weak sell their shares. Don’t fall for this and stay the course my friends. We are almost there !!!
